Two Bedroom Ranch Style Home - This two bedroom ranch home has hardwood floors through out the main floor. There is a large area as you enter the front door from the L shaped Living and Dining Rooms that leads to the kitchen area. It has a non working fireplace with its large mantle that adds ambiance. The area is open with a half wall separating the Dining Area from the Kitchen. The hallway from the Living Room leads to the two first floor bedrooms. There are hardwood flooring on the entire main level. Large closets in both of the bedrooms. The bathroom with tub and shower are located off the hallway and between the kitchen and the hallway. The kitchen has vinyl flooring with a door way leading to the large back yard and into the large basement area. The back yard has no other property behind it and has greenery behind for a secluded area. There is a concrete patio with electricity for grilling or other outside activities. The full basement has the laundry hook ups with plenty of area for storage. The driveway leads from the street into the basement with a large area for your car or other storage. Cats and dogs are allowed with $15 additional monthly rent, and $100 additional security deposit. No section 8. Self showing is available with online inquiry and scheduling.
