Linwood Towers was a great place to live. I loved the convenient location of being within walking distance to the fun Mt Lookout Square and right of off Columbia parkway, with easy access to downtown. The new management, Prosper Communities, has been wonderful. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request and truly care about the building and tenants. The building was freshly painted and a new roof installed without the first few months of them taking over. One thing I was nervous about was the steep driveway being slick in the winter, but it is always clear by the time I head to work in the morning. Highly recommend if looking for affordable housing with responsive management.

Linwood Towers is a place to live. I liked the convenient location it was in. It is close to everything you need. The other residents were always nice and friendly. The 1 bedroom was great for my girlfriend and I, plus our cat. It wasn't too big but still spacious for 2 people. Having friends and family over can be difficult due to the parking situation. There isn't much parking for guest. Other than that, I was glad to call it home for 2 years.
