The home also has an expansive kitchen complete with modern black appliances set against white cabinets and also has lots of counter space as well. The bedrooms are all carpeted, featuring ceiling fan-light fixtures and neutral walls for lots of decorating options REQUIREMENTS. All requirements apply to each applicant. Everyone that is 18 years or older that will reside in the home must complete an application; employed or not. - Credit score 550 and above. If your score ranges between 550-600 higher deposit will be required. Security deposit amounts are determined by credit score, debt, rental history and length of rental history, length of employment and income. -No previous evictions and landlord debt. NO EXCEPTIONS -Rental history for the last 3 years. -$50.00 non-refundable Application Fee per adult age 18+ -$300.00 Non-refundable fee per pet (under 25 lbs.), $500 pet fee per pet (over 25 lbs.) with some breed restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. $1000 pet security deposit. - Net (after taxes and deductions) monthly income must meet 3x's rent or more. -No previous Bankruptcies within 7 years -Criminal Background check -A bank account for at least 3 months to date.
