I've resided over here since they were built, I haven't had an issue at all. The only issue that I can deflect on is residence not being considerate of the property, not following the property rules, in which you agreed to in the lease. For instance, there are two trash cans at the mail center, yet trash continues to be thrown on the ground. The maintenance/groundskeeper should not have to pick up behind adults who continuously fail to use the trash can and be nasty. As well as when parents allow their children to abuse the park and throw trash there as well. According to the agreed lease, children under a certain age should not be left alone at the park for various reasons, with safety being the top priority. In regards to crime, the gate is just a deterrence to prevent crime, yet when residents and their guest continue to break the gate, you leave the company no option, but to leave it open. Nevertheless, the company that many keep could also be a factor in various issues.
