This fully furnished two-storey apartment consists of three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two single beds and a third that is currently an office and could be converted to a third bedroom), one bathroom with full bath, a kitchen, and a west-facing deck. AVAILABLE: June 1 2021 to October 1st 2021 This is a short term lease as we are planning to take over the unit after the summer. Rent $2400 for 2 people, $2700 for 3 people (3 adults is maximum number of tenants for this rental. Families with young children welcome to contact us). Includes all utilities. Internet is not included The apartment is on the 2nd & 3rd floors of our home on Bartlett Ave. We reside on the main floor and share the entryway way with tenants. Amenities include air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom and a large private covered deck. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, which has a ceiling height just above 6ft, although is lower in some areas of this finished attic space. The house is located walking distance to Dufferin (5 min), Dovercourt (5 min), Bloor (15-20 min) and St. Clair Ave (10 min). Within a 5 minute walk are a grocery store, a pharmacy, a post office, a few restaurants, cafes, a Portuguese bakery and a mirco-brewery. There is a small park at the end of the street and a larger park 4 blocks away. Ideally suited for working professionals, families, visitors to the city and graduate students.
