Welcome to Water Street Square - A new way to live in Fredonia. You will enjoy the tranquil experience of Water Street Square and the convenient location to shops on Main Street, stores and restaurants. $3,200.00/Semester Per Student, OR $2,190.00 per month for Non-Student - Ask your leasing agent about the security deposit due! Private Laundry ! We require income verification, credit, and background checks. We're also happy to welcome pets with a pet screening process that includes a $300 non-refundable deposit and a $50 monthly fee. All residents are required to maintain a valid renters insurance policy throughout the duration of the lease term. Proof of coverage must be submitted to and verified by the Landlord prior to the commencement of the move-in process. This policy must be issued by a licensed third-party provider and must explicitly name the Landlord as an 'Additional Interested Party' or 'Interested Party.
