I am looking for an honest, polite, positive and happy person to be part of our household :) Keeping household traffic to a minimum, sorry no guests About this home: Ranch style larger single level home, approximate square feet: 2,000+ This is room 5, one of four room rentals here. Five total rooms in the home. Room Availability: move in ready This room has already been cleaned, freshly painted and the carpets have been cleaned. Deposit: $1,374.00 Monthly Rent: $1,174.00, utilities included Utilities are included in the monthly rent amount. The deposit and initial rent are both due prior to signing a rental agreement. FREE WIFI Pets: there are two very sweet and cute cats here. Possible pet, only if such pet is authorized ahead of time in writing by the landlord About this home: Ranch style larger single level home, approximate square feet: 2000+ This is room 5, one of four room rentals here. Thus far, there is only one opening here. Five total bedrooms in the home. About this room and room features: This room has a beautiful mountain view! Approximate size of room: 178.25 square feet Approximate room size: 15' X 11.5' There is also a lock and key for the door to this room Newer Ceiling fan with remote Fireplace with fireplace cover/doors, yet this traditional fireplace is not scheduled for use, for extra safety seasoning Mirror above fireplace Lots of shelving in this room Optional furniture as part of this rental: Queen “very comfortable pillow top mattress” and bed frame or an IKEA full size bed with a very comfortable pillow top mattress. Please note: if the bed portion is chosen to be part of this rental, optionally also included is; a fitted sheet, two pillows and two pillow cases. Other possible photos that include bedding items such as a comforter and a throw blanket, are only staging photo sample items and not part of this rental. 4 drawer white IKEA dresser L shaped office desk, that includes a charging port and led lighting as part of desk Tenant’s use of the privacy hall bathroom is mainly used for the room rentals here. There is not an issue with shared use of the hall bathroom, as the house rules keep the use organized. At times, there is also a backup second bathroom. Please state your desired and or anticipated stay. Each house member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and there are stored household cleaning items for all to utilize. Deep cleans are also done here about every 2-3 weeks. Extra features to this room rental: free wireless internet, laundry room/washer and dryer use. During warm months/times; landlord turns on an AC unit in the kitchen only, which flows through the main parts of the home. Other features: At this time there is general landscape service, approximately every other week. This rental excludes: Guests, couples & other bedrooms, unless invited in by such house members, storage, other than this room being rented and other specified cabinet space listed above. Sorry no phone jack installation. Garage not included.
