About 3581 John Shaw Rd
Rooms available in beautiful farmhouse in Kinburn. This house is shared by myself and my ten year old son, a dog and a cat. I work in Ottawa so carpooling in is a possibility. The drive is 30min A small room is available for $400, a larger room is available for $500. with the rest of the house shared. If you would like two rooms in the case of a mom and child, it would be $800 all inclusive. The house has two bathrooms, living room and a big kitchen with 3 acres around it. There will be horses here in a couple weeks and chickens and a vegetable garden here in the spring. I can provide furnishings if you would like. And short term rentals are fine from April 1st onwards. Longer stays will be a possibility. This house is undergoing renovations but they happen on the weekend. Monday to Friday we are out the house throughout the day. An ideal roommate would be respectful and kind and comfortable with the child, dog and cat, willing to share responsibilities and enjoy farm life. Some pets may be allowed.
