The full sized kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and beautiful Corian counter tops and island. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a living room with a beautiful brick fireplace for those cold winter days, 55 inch plasma flat screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The covered patio with BBQ offers a relaxing space to enjoy the nice sunny days or capture amazing views of sunsets while sitting on the front porch. More than enough parking with a detached two car garage and off street parking. Close to Downtown Jacksonville, shopping, the Britt festival, walking trails, the airport, and hospitals. SHOWINGS: Tour when vacant, by video only when a guest is occupying it. RENT includes all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required. PETS: Pets are allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee per pet (size and breed restrictions may apply). SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
