Primary bedroom is upstairs and additional bedrooms are spacious. Only a few miles to 74 - close to lots of shopping and restaurants- attached to great schools. Applicants may apply at the Carolina United Realty website. Click "Available Rentals", click on the property and "Apply Online". $60 application fee required per adult. There is a one-time non-refundable admin fee of $150 due with security deposit (after approval). Pets MUST be approved by the owners. $250 non-refundable pet fee.
