The property features a private sandy beach and a dock with covered seating, ideal for relaxing by the water. Inside, you'll find a "hobby" room for your creative pursuits, a dining room for entertaining, and a spacious living room for cozy nights in. The house also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. *This rental is currently occupied and will be available for rent around Mid-April. We will require giving the current tenants a 24-hour notice before showing the property. No night or weekend appointments. **Must sign a one-year lease. Renters are responsible for all utilities and maintaining the lawn and landscaping in a timely manner. No Smoking Allowed inside of home. Small Pets are conditional, breed restriction will apply and a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 is required. Must complete application online at www.royalproperties4u.com, attach photo ID and 3 most recent pay stubs for each applicant. Credit and background checks will be done for each applicant over the age of 18. Application is $50 per applicant over the age of 18.
