Unit on left side has a driveway and unit on right has space in front. Owner maintains yard . Move-in ready, recent painting. Right by the Edgewood Ave shops, walk to the "Dreamette". Renter insurance required. Call agent on pet info. Additional fee required for pet. No large animals. No washer/dryer connection. Each unit is the same layout. A septic/sewer issue resolved and the units have had many upgrades because of that. This is a nice, little spot and convenient to Murray Hill, Edgewood area shopping and restaurants.
