The numerous windows allow a lot of sun to flow through the apartment. Each apartment comes with air conditioning. On-site there are washers and dryers to make doing laundry more convenient. New windows have been installed in the past few years to make the apartments more energy efficient. Tenants are responsible for electric, heat, and hot water.
