Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 Bath home in great location. Just off Fitzgerald on east side near Mt Zion. This is a totally remodeled mobile home. If you are looking to be in a nice area but cheaper rent here is your home. The place has been kept up nicely and is landscaped. Pet friendly must have pet papers when submitting application. We do require an approved application in our office before we show properties. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult age 18 and over. Your credit score must be 500 or above. Your application will be denied if you had a felony in the last 5 years or an eviction in the past 10 years. We will process your application within 7 to days working days depending on how fast references return our phone calls/fax/emails. Our office is located at 145 E. Decatur St., Decatur, IL. 62521.
