All new lighting, electrical and plumbing. You park on the dedicated spot and step up into the detached house, and into the living room. To the right is the kitchen. The kitchen is small but well-appointed with new appliances (refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave). There is also a combination washer/ dryer and a new electric water heater. On the left side of the living room is a steep staircase from the living room to the second floor (2 rooms + bathroom). The 2nd floor has new carpeting throughout. There is a single renovated bathroom on the 2nd floor with a shower. Heat is electric baseboard heating and cooling is with new window units for A/C. The living room has a massive decorative (non-working) fireplace. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and off a long driveway. A dedicated parking area on brick pavers is provided. Guest parking is available on the street. Owner lives in adjacent house with 1-2 family dogs. Water, sewer, electicity, reasonable snow removal and trash/recycling included.
