We are looking to sublocate a room between the 15th may and the 15th august. You will have the chance to live with 3 amazing men : Eric, Alexandre and Bruno in a big flat close to downtown. The room is in a 1600 s/f vintage flat in the Plateau Mont-Royal. We have w/d, dishwasher, BBQ, Espresso machine. You are at 10 min walk from Parc Lafontaine and Mont-Royal street, and 30 sec walk from Baldwin Pool (free during the week). You will have a bus at the end of the street, and you will be close to the Frontenac Metro station (10 min), Sherbrooke and Mont-Royal metro station (20min). Everything is include in the price : unlimited internet, heating, electricity, cleaning lady (she comes each 3 weeks, so the only cleaning that you will have to do is your room and your dishes).
