The community is located near shopping, groceries, a gym, Starbucks, as well as the Village Green Golf Course. It is not far to the world-famous Gulf beaches, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, and more! The HOA requires tenants to have a minimum credit score of 600. No Trucks, Motorcycles, Commercial Vehicles, or Recreational Vehicles allowed. Please allow up to 3 weeks after lease signing for community approval before move-in. This includes an orientation meeting with the HOA to go over the community rules and regs. We score every application.
