Even though it officially has 1 bedroom, you can basically use it almost like 2 rooms as the second room has plenty of space and the entrance/kitchen area can be used for dining etc. Parking is secured and free as the property has plenty of parking spaces (no street parking!). Heat/water/sewer/instant hot water/trash removal/snow removal are included in the rent. Close to all the shopping and food places (Market Basket - Hannaford - Whole Foods - Target 5 min/ dozens of restaurants in 5 min distance). Downtown Manchester and Mall of NH are 8 mins away. Very suitable for couples or couples with children. Pets are welcome.(Pets $50 extra per month, dogs need to be approved)
