Currently we are looking for a single (1) person to move in. Must be cat and dog friendly as there are currently 1 older sweet dog and 1 cute cat. no drugs or party's. we are looking for a individual who is working and respectable and preferably middle aged as so is the roommate. Current Roommate is at the rental about 95% of the time she is very sweet and open minded and is not picky as she is easy to get a long with. Must be 420 friendly (medical purposes). The rental has a back redwood deck and a beautiful view of the mountains in the backyard. plenty of space for a garden and BBQ's and soaking up some sun. yard is fenced all the way around, storage unit in back yard and also storage space under the elevated deck.
