We're looking for someone to take over our lease for July 1st. Because our landlord likes to have all her leases renew on September 1st, you should be able to sign just a two-month lease and then go month-to-month from there or sign for longer if it suits you. This is a good apartment in a sweet neighbourhood at the top of the hill by Rotary Park and just around the corner from Diner Deluxe on Edmonton Trail. The C-Train is about a 15-minute walk away, as is downtown, just a skip across the bridge. It's a good deal for the area, a lower suite but not a basement really. As you can see from the pictures the windows are around chest-level and it's quite bright inside. There's a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, one parking space and cheap laundry on the same floor. Heat and water included, you pay electricity As a couple, this place is a bit small for us, so we're looking to move on, but it would suit a single person or a couple without pianos, skis, rowing machines and all the other stuff we like to collect.
