Amazingly Spacious Apartment with ALL utilities and internet included! Touches of urban style with original historic features provide this apartment with unbeatable character and an inviting feel. While the original farmhouse sink that is pictured finally had to be replaced, it will have a modern sink, hard surface counter, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal in it's place. The kitchen will also have 42" upper cabinets added for additional storage convenience. Two large living spaces provide an amazing place for entertaining in this approximately 1000 square foot, 1 bedroom apartment. The building has a laundry room with a free laundry set up on the same floor. The apartment includes ALL utilities: water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, a nice cable package, and hi-speed internet! Just a single payment each month covers all of your apartment expenses. Don't forget to factor these bills in when you look at other available options. We are located in the heart of the Tower Grove area. We are a short walk to an amazing local neighborhood bar (Tick Tock Tavern) that is connected to Buzz's Hawaiian, as well as Tower Grove Park, and all of that the S. Grand Business District has to offer (which is a lot!). Up to 2 cats allowed with $250 nonrefundable pet fee and extra $30/mo pet rent. We are pre-screening all prospective tenants to ensure that only serious prospects are viewing the apartment. Prior to any showings, we require that you confirm you meet our minimum leasing requirements for this property (minimum 650 credit score, total household income of at least three times the rent, and no judgments, evictions, or bankruptcies within the last three years).
