Single family home in North Park Hill, next to the Park Hill park. Close to Colorado Blvd, I-70, City Park, RiNo, Downtown, Colfax. It is possible to walk or ride bike to the A Train (airport train) station at 40th and Colorado Blvd., just the 2nd stop from Union Station. Recent remodel, hardwoods throughout the home, new stainless steel appliances. The back yard area is a highlight of the property. The grill and patio furniture will stay with the property unless you want it removed. The lawn sprinkler system will be required to run through the summer months, May through October which will increase the water bill during that time. Some lawn care will be required, tenant will be responsible for mowing lawn at least every two weeks during the summer months. All lawn equipment is included with the property.
