ONE AND A HALF MONTH SUBLET/TRANSFER (July 15th to August 31st) Single payment of $1200 for the whole duration This apartment would be perfect if you want to know the city for a bit before signing a lease, or if you are a student, we are in front of UQAM, McGill is 15 mins away by walking and Concordia is around 20 mins by bus. It would also be great for you to know the Universities and the area, and then choose wisely where you will move. 3 1/2 with the perfect location for one person or a couple. Big windows with a lot of sun during the day. No pets. Corner apartment on first floor (not ground floor). Elevator in the building. Laundry in the building. Fridge and stove included. Everything included! (heating, water, electricity, WiFi) Nice attention from the landlord. For the sublet duration, we will include a futon/double-bed, some cooking stuff so that you can eat here without trouble, a chair and a desk, as well as a desk lamp, one dresser and curtains. It has the perfect location: across the street from a Provigo (literally 2 mins walking) and a Jean Coutu pharmacy, 5 mins from Les Galeries du Parc (cinema, restaurants, Dollarama, Metro, Gym) and UQAM, 15 mins from McGill University, metro Place des Arts and Bould. St-Laurent (all within walking distance). With everything opening this summer, this place is perfect to get to know Montreal as it is close to festivals, museums and all the activities offered at Old Port. I am posting photos of the apartment before we occupied it with a couple picturse of what it looks like right now. It will have less furniture of course during the sublease but we will leave enough for you to be able to work/study from here. Visits in person or with videocall. There are no neighbours downstairs and the building's walls are made of concrete, so you shouldn't worry too much about making noise.
