This 950 sq ft (approximate), 2 bedroom, 1 bath daylight basement apartment in the rural quiet neighborhood known as the Target Range. The unit is surprisingly bright with great southern exposure. Directly across the street from the equestrian park, enjoy daily walks around the park and take in the mountain and valley views! Also, the DNRC, Community Hospital, Fort Missoula and the new Fort Missoula Regional Park are nearby. Tons of recreation and sports activities are near! Bus stop is two blocks away and downtown is a 15 minute drive. The unit will has updated quartz counter-tops and will get a new fridge. In the Living Room enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cold nights (wood provided). However, not used for heat. The unit includes a washer and dryer and a newer portable dishwasher. Additional storage is available in the shed near the paved parking pad with enough room for at least 2 vehicles. ALL utilities are included in this price!! Gas, electric, water, garbage, high speed internet, and satellite TV are included and paid by the Landlords. Lawn maintenance is included as well! Tenant is responsible for snow shoveling steps, walk, and parking area designated for lower tenants. PETS: Pets are negotiable and depends on how many pets. Owning many pets may affect your ability to rent the unit. If your dog (only allowing one smaller to possibly medium dog but no in-house potty trained dogs that use potty pads) leaves a deposit outside, tenant is required to immediately pick up and dispose of it. The large private yard is NOT fenced. Cats are prefered over dogs. Fiscal Considerations: Rent is $1200 a month. Deposit is $1200. Pet deposit is $500 a pet. I know that is steep but deposits are fully refundable if no damage is done. Extra Benefits: 1. Landlords live above and fix issues immediately with the unit. 2. Windows are professionally washed twice a year. 3. 10 fruit trees that are sprayed and mostly ripen in the fall for tenant/guests use (No tree climbing). 4. Newer quartz countertops and under mounted sink and faucet. Brand new fridge! 5. Lawn maintenance and landscaping all maintained by landlord on a weekly basis and is very well maintained. 6.
