The neighborhood is quiet but location is in the very middle of Buckhead. Perfect for tenants that do not want condo/apartment living but want to be close to everything. The school district is Sarah Smith. The home has 2 traditional bedrooms with a 3rd large room that was a den that tenants have used as a master bedroom. The house features a carport equipped with a 220 volt hook up for an electric car, a paved patio in the back overlooking a large wooded area and a creek at the side of the house. Internet, Cable TV and Trash are included in rent. Tenant pays for all other utilities. Only Small Dogs Allowed- (Non-Refundable Pet Fee $350/$150 Pet Deposit -$500 total)- No aggressive breeds.
