The 2 homes we have are at 6029 Spicewood a 4 br in Florence Ky for $1,900 per month and 3353 Fir Tree a 6 br for $2500 per month. Both homes required that the tenant’s weekly income equals one months rent, so if you are making $1,900 or $2500 per week please feel free to let us know so you can get a showing at the home you qualify for.
