Initially deleted my old post as a second chance.. I moved into Bramblewood around Aug 25th after a long 2 week application process. Managed by Greenbrier, Move in day 1 was a long list of issues plus lots of cleaning & removing maintenance leftover random items that STILL sit outside my front door that gives off an odor. I lost AC that night but managed to fix it on my own. Here we are weeks later, still have no sight of cabinet doors being installed with other issues that have still occurred. I’ve ran into many people who have told me a “later day” for the week & again nobody ever showed. I hate to sound ungrateful. I’ve always lived in nice apartments controlled by very efficient maintenance men (on property everyday, easy to find) & this is my first run in with so many delays from MAINTENANCE. You would think this is a priority thing. This should have been completed upon move in & I’ve been very patient but at some point we all get tired of waiting. If only time had a rewind button. I’m more sad than anything & embarrassed at the incompleteness. I really hope this gets better.

Currently disappointed that calls are not being returned promptly and the office is closed most of the time. The answering service is on call the majority of the time. Not sure why. Update: Numerous messages (AGAIN) left…..but still no return phone calls. Very Disappointing.
