Unit amenities included: lawn maintenance, pest control, kitchen with fridge/freezer and electric stove/oven, bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, 2 parking spaces. Community amenities included: Shared laundry room with washer/dryer, Pavilion, Dock, Fire pit, Charcoal grill. Water (Well) and Septic provided as part of the lease. Electric: Tenant is responsible for contacting Clay Electric Cooperative to initiate electric service in their name(s). Pet policy: Small-medium adult dogs weighing less than 24lbs. and adult cats. Limit of two housebroken pets. Tenant must clean up after pets and maintain full control of their pets while on property. Yard is not fenced. Lease Costs: 12 Month Lease - $1,200/month 7-11 Month Lease - $1,400/month Additional Costs (as applicable): Rental Application - This is a single payment made directly to Avail. co at their current rates.
