The bigger of the two bedrooms with the south facing window will be yours. Rent is $1250 each (incl. renter's insurance) + 1/2 of our internet ($45) and ultities (varies depending on time of year). ***The Neightbourbood The neighbourhood is quiet, artsy, community-oriented, and young family neighbourhood. Everything you need within a short walk. Public transit at the doorstep: bus 3 min to High Park station or 10min walk. Lots of bus routes close, including 24hr Bloor bus and the Dundas bus (which also runs at night). Commute to downtown core: 20-40mins by transit, around 30 mins by bike. ***About Me: 30 year old cis white woman starting a grad program in Public Admin + Policy. Pretty laidback, low-key, friendly, open-minded person. I love nature, am socially-aware, generally and early to bed/early rise kinda person, and a big bookworm. I like outdoorsy adventures, live music, comedy, mindfulness, learning, artsy and crafty things, and chill intimate hangouts. I like keeping an overall tidy home overall. Don't mind friends coming over and so forth for low key hangouts. Queer-friendly, trans-friendly, and actively working on unlearning and always striving to live in line with my values. As a roommate, I am considerate, respectful of your privacy and boundaries, and friendly. ***You: someone with compatible schedules, whose lifestyle (at least at home jives with mine), in your late 20s-40s.
