My experience at The Grand at Westside has been excellent so far. It is a very quiet and safe community, both the office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and professional . The apartments, extremely spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would love if it were possible is for some buildings to have their paint touched up as well as their windows and stairs cleaned. Good maintenance (which they have had so far but they just need a little cleaning) would make our community much more welcoming than it is.
