Cabin is surrounded by Pine trees and peak-a-views of the lake. Custom build in 1973 with single owner that has lovingly cared for it. Home has a new gas stove/fireplace in the living area that also features high vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood walls, plush carpet throughout and south-facing windows. Between the living area and the kitchen is a nice dining nook and breakfast bar. The dining area overlooks the deck through patio slider doors that face the lake which can be viewed through the treetops! The kitchen, renovated just about five years ago, has a dishwasher, smooth-surface electric range & oven, new flooring, plenty of cabinets and countertop space plus, a sink with a sliding window overlooking the front yard. Also included on the entry level is the first of three bedrooms, a full bathroom with laundry and two storage areas. The bedroom faces the front yard and has a nice sized closet. A new white granite vanity and large mirror were added to the lower bathroom during the renovation. This is the larger of the two bathrooms and houses the washer and dryer and a walk-in shower. In addition to the hallway closet at the home's entrance, the finished space under the stairs offers great storage and can be accessed from base of stairs or the hobbit door by the entry. At the top of stairs, you will find the second, front yard facing bedroom or perhaps a private office. Across the open walkway lies a linen closet in the hallway, the third bedroom and another full bathroom. This is the largest bedroom and has double closets. The upstairs bathroom also upgraded to the dark wood, light stone vanity but offers a shower/tub combo. The woodwork throughout the home creates the feeling of a grownup's dream tree house that stays illuminated naturally from all the large windows. The deck outside continues this feeling and was even built around an existing tree. Open all the screened windows for an ultimate cross breeze to stay cool or choose from the freestanding gas stove or the gas wall unit on the opposite side of lower level.
