Beautiful property with Mount Rainier view. Plenty of room with over 2600 sq feet and 2 stories. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a large bonus room. The Master is huge and has it's own bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub/shower and his and hers walk-in closets. There is also a private toilet area and extra storage. The other 2 bedrooms are split by it's own full bathroom. Both rooms are very large with their own walk-in closets. They are separated from the Master by the stairway and the bonus room. Downstairs offers a large kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge. The fridge has icemaker and in door water and ice with temp monitor. There is a island in the kitchen and a separate eating area with a slider door to the outside as well as a downstairs bath. The walk-in pantry is also huge with plenty of shelving and washer/dryer hook ups. There are 2 downstairs rooms for living rooms. The garage is 2-car with built in shelving and storage and automatic door opener. Outside offers a huge yard, plenty of privacy with a planting area and gravel overflow parking on the side of the house. The house and approximately 1 acre of fenced yard are included. This house was built in 2005 and is big, open and bright. The area has very nice houses and large lots. It's a 15-minute drive to the center of Joint base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and avoids the traffic hassles of I-5 while still is close enough for easy access to all the shopping and amenities of the larger towns. The local owner is the landlord so you aren't dealing with an uncaring property management company or inaccessible landlord.
