Hi! Thanks for checking out Amberley Courts Apartments (www.amberleycourts.com). Amberley Courts Apartments is made up of 14-buildings, with a total of 168 apartments. It is located on 147th St. just west of Kedzie Ave. in Midlothian, Illinois. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with 1-bedroom rents ranging from $655 (Junior 1 bedroom), $715 (Standard 1 bedroom) to $800 / $850 (Extra large w/ balcony 1 bedroom). 2-Bedroom apartments start at $900 and go up to $1,045.00. There is currently a waiting list for Junior 1-Bedroom apartments. All utilities, including heat, are included in the rent except electricity. There are coin-op laundry machines in most buildings. Amberley Courts is a “No Pets” apartment complex. We do not run "specials" nor is the rental rate negotiable. Showings, applications and interviews are done by pre-set appointments only. Pre-set appointments are available throughout the week (10a to 3p) and one Saturday a month from 11a to 3p. The next Saturday we are open is October 22. The following are the basic requirements for each applicant. Qualifications and Requirements •Each adult living in apartment must fill-out an application and pay $45 application fee. The application fee is for a third-party credit check and background check. •Credit Score Minimum: 545 or higher. •Background Check: No recent bankruptcies, felony convictions nor major collections. •Income Requirement: gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate. •Renter's Insurance is required (estimated at $120 per year). Any insurance carrier is acceptable. •Security Deposit equal to amount of one month's rent to be paid in full before move in date. •Security Door, laundry / mailbox / apartment Key Deposit: $75.
