The kitchen includes stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Large indoor laundry area with washer/dryer hook ups is just off the kitchen. Upgrades include quartz counter tops, LED lighting, new bathroom fixtures and much more. One bedroom is on the front side of unit and the master is located on the backside of the unit with the full bathroom in between. This unit is conveniently located to shopping, local schools, Tiger Point Recreational facilities, Pensacola Beach and much more. The local fire station and law enforcement sub station are within a block of the property, with a community children's park a few blocks away. ***Parking is shared with the other tenants and no spaces are reserved.*** School zones - Oriole Beach Elementary, Gulf Breeze Middle, Gulf Breeze High School Pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid, 1 pet limit, 20 lb weight limit. Owner/manager has the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. **This unit does not have access to the backyard and pets must be kept on leash at all times.
