This unit is located on the front right of the building and is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in a quadplex building in the Green Briar Estates in Gulf Breeze. Enter into the front door with coat closet right behind front door, living room has large sliding door to patio space. Storage closet is located on the patio. A formal dining area is just off the kitchen. Kitchen includes all appliances and large pantry. Down a short hallway is the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry closet. Both bedrooms are located on the front side of the building. One bedroom is larger and includes a walk in closet with direct access to the water closet of the bathroom. The location is convenient to local schools, shopping, Garcon Point bridge, Pensacola State College Midway campus, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Tiger Point Recreational Complex and much more. School zones - Oriole Beach Elementary, Woodlawn Beach Middle and Gulf Breeze High School Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. The yard is NOT fully enclosed. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time non-refundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required. Tenant Benefit Package fee of $39/month is required for all tenants.
