The current building manager is great; he will be leaving though and a new building manager will be starting in August. It's a well-maintained, clean, quiet, secured building with long-term tenants. We have not had any noise problems whatsoever. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground-level suite with lots of natural light; large windows in living room and bedroom that face the garden and grassy area. The bedroom is carpeted. Storage space in the hallway and large closet in the bedroom. Renovated bathroom and new counter and tiling in kitchen. Washer & dryer available in the building; $1.75 for wash and $1.75 for dryer (70 minutes - clothes come out completely dry every time!). Cat friendly building! Blocks away from New West skytrain, walking distance to Douglas College, Safeway, Save-On Foods, Tim-Horton's, Starbucks, various restaurants, city hall and several parks.
