A washer and dryer is also included with this rental! The home has 3 bedrooms, plus a 4th room that would make a great office. This 4th room could be used as a bedroom, if needed, but there is no closet. Plenty of room to spread out with two separate living spaces as well. One living space features a wood burning fireplace, the other features great natural light and hardwood floors. The home offers a large fenced in backyard with a covered patio area, as well as a large front yard - the lot as a whole is about 2 acres. The home is located in the heart of Hope Mills with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park. It's an easy drive down Main St to reach HWY 301 and I95 as well. The home address is Main Street but it is located back off the main road, away from that traffic. It is behind the Post Office, at the corner of Main Street and Big Pine Drive. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $40 a month for each pet in the home.
