This 1400 square foot, three bedroom unit is located on the second floor of a triplex that was completely renovated. It features hardwood floors, very tall ceilings with skylights, in-unit laundry, high-efficiency heat with central air, and Argon double-pane windows. The kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters, dishwasher, built-in microwave, gas stove, custom cabinets, and bar seating. We moved walls during renovation to ensure that the 3 bedrooms are approximately the same size. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric.
