On the main level there are three bedrooms, two full baths, and a large laundry room. If you are looking at a home that is a short walk to the beach, but has a quiet neighborhood feel, you need to visit this home where you can make your own Isle of Palms sanctuary. Property manager to qualify tenant, draft lease and manage the property. Rental insurance is required for the property prior to moving in. There is a $50 rental application fee per person over the age of 18 living in the home. A minimum pet fee of $30 a month for the 1st pet IF owner allows pets. A $200 Lease Administration/Inspection fee will be collected at time of lease signing. To complete an application you will need last 2 pay stubs and a copy of your drivers license.
