The emory is all in all a great place to live! Our ac went out along with being very hot we had to get a whole new ac system put in. The maintenance crew Allen and Albert made sure we were comfortable during the time it took for the ac to get in. They brought a portable ac unit to keep us cool and was able to keep our cats cooled off during the day while we were at work. They brought a centerfugal fan to circulate the air. These guys are awsome and attentive. Thank you guys and the office personnel for getting a new ac unit that keeps the place cold on demand for this summer heat! Thank you guys again.

The staff and maintenance crew are extremely helpful and quick to assist with whatever you may need. Any service requests are resolved rapidly with professionalism and kindness, and I can’t thank the team enough, special shout-out to Alan for being a lifesaver!
