Enjoy central heat and air and easy-to-clean laminate floors throughout the home.A fenced-in front yard for privacy, a storage building for all your extras, and a paved driveway. City water and sewer make life easy, while the quiet neighborhood feels like a private retreat. We know pets are family! Small/medium pets under 50 pounds will be considered (up to 2 max). However, we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet. We love this house, and we want to make sure it's a great fit for the next tenants.
