Water and trash are included with rent, Gas and Electric are the tenants responsibility. The property is pet friendly (2 pet maxium) with an additional deposit. Tenant is reponsible for their own lawn upkeep and care. Designated parking area for 2 vehicles that must be registered and insured. Date Available: September 1, 2025 $2800/month rent. $2800 security deposit required and $300 per pet deposit. Pets must be non-aggressive and must present updated shot records.
