Ideal for those looking to enjoy the calm of riverfront living while staying close to everything the area has to offer. • Washer and Dryer provided in unit, owner maintains. • Tenant responsible for all utilities- including but not limited to Cable, Electric, Lawn Care, Snow removal, Wifi Pet Policy: Pets may be permitted subject to an approved pet screening and a monthly pet fee. Maximum of two pets is allowed. All residents of PMI properties are required to enroll in the Resident Benefit Package, which incurs an additional monthly cost of $37.00. Additionally, residents are obligated to obtain residential liability coverage. This can be done through PMI at a cost of $14.95 per month, or alternatively, residents may provide their own proof of coverage. The provided coverage must include a minimum property liability coverage of $100,000 and must list Experience Property Group, Inc., dba PMI East Lyme, as an additional insured or as an interested party.
