The community is residential, safe, and quiet. We are on the edge of Victorian Village and the Short North, diagonally across from Goodale Park, walking distance to galleries, cafes, and the COTA bus stop. All utilities and internet are included in rent. Rent ranges from $450 to $510 per month, depending on the size of the room. Rooms are fully furnished with a fridge, twin bed, bureau, and table and chairs. We screen everyone through Fabco screening company; this is a $35 fee. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement. The property is non-smoking and pet-free. Parking is on-street with a Short North permit, $25 from the city. Please email Kiehle Management for any questions or to set up a showing.
