Email is marcanthony7115@gmail Hello, I am renting out a room and private bathroom in my apartment located on Ocean Blvd & 7th place in Long Beach right on the beach !! The room is 13ft wide x 11ft long (very large and spacious) and includes a huge closet, and a separate bathroom that will be solely for you. new paint, carpet for the rooms, tile in the kitchen and entry ( eventually looking to change living room and hallway). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all furnished. Includes gorgeous view, pay&wash laundry area, gated property, optional parking spot for an extra 100/month, dishwasher, access to the beach, and back area with a grill if anyone knows how to barbecue. Within minutes to all the amenities Long Beach downtown has to offer. Once you see it you’ll fall in love. I am a single father with 2 daughters that are here half the time with me and a small puppy. TOTAL TO MOVE IN = Deposit + Rent (or prorated amount). Terms are Month to Month 30 days notice from either party to vacate. Looking for professional female with or without kids ideally due to daughters.
