Cooley Law School: 5 min by car or bike- 15 min walk. Lansing Community College: 5 min by car or 10 min by bike. 1 block from #1 bus stop (comes every 10-15 minutes). Easily accessible from I-496 and US-127. Monthly rent: $1,450 Rent includes lawn mowing services every 2 weeks in season. Rent does not include utilities or snow removal.
