Property Id: 1245721 Our modernized & spacious bungalow has everything you need! Just a short walk to the best restaurants in Highlands/LoHi area, as well as Sloans Lake for evening strolls with great city views! The peaceful backyard is shaded by aspens for evening relaxing. The front porch is great for wine and unwinding. Looking for responsible renters. Dogs and cats are allowed with prior approval. Upstairs is just over 1,100 sq ft. Downstairs has plenty of storage in the basement, as well as a washer and dryer. Previous occupants have used the enclosed back patio as a WFH office, effectively adding a room to the already spacious two bedrooms. Note that all utilities, including high speed internet are included. This effectively makes this comparable in cost to apartments renting for several hundred dollars less each month, but there's very few houses of this quality on the market.
