About 3172 Sylvia Pl
We are looking for respectful tenants from mid August 2026 to June 2027. No smoking/partying. One family (New immigrants and international students) is welcome. Rent includes free WiFi, utilities gas. We are sorry not to accept PETs due to health issues of our family. This furnished garden suite come with two bedrooms (queen bed and double bed), many windows with ample natural lights. Blocked out curtains were installed on the south facing bedroom to promote higher sleep quality. A full modern kitchen coming with new range, microwave, Nespresso cafe machine, Panasonic small oven, toaster, PUR water filter, fridge, tons of space in cabinet, extendable antiquie dining table with 4 chairs. A bar with designated desk (office area and storage) is well designed and allows comfortable workplace and meetings.
