The Sand Creek park is less than a 5 minute walk from your front door, great for evening walks with beautiful sunsets and 4 season exploring! We have seen songbirds, deer and even beavers building their homes just down the street. The CU Anschutz Medical campus is less than a mile from the house making for an easy walk or bike commute avoiding any busy streets. I lived here with my fiancé and a few friends for the past few years and we have some great memories from this place we called home.
