This home is perfect for a single person or college student. Centrally located and close to downtown. If this post is up the home is available. There is an open area for bedroom/living room which is open to the kitchen. The bathroom is separated with a door as can be seen in the pictures. Electric, gas, trash, and water are included in the rent. This is not a washer/dryer or hookups. Landlord maintains the yard. No animals accepted in this property. There are four apartments in the building. Must be respectful of neighbors. No smoking allowed in this home. Serious inquiries only. Experience and responsive landlord.
